I'm a Usui Reiki Master, Sound Healer, and Shadow Worker Here's a little bit about what that means for you:

I teach all levels of Usui Reiki, which is a great way to open the door to deeper spiritual practices, regulate your nervous system, and find a place of peace.
I help demystify spirituality and all the talk of manifestation by teaching you the science behind spiritual practices. This will offer you renewed confidence in your practices.
I offer workshops that allow you to understand how to step into your true authenticity and learn why the world needs the REAL you!
My workshops help you remove limiting beliefs that are holding you back from living the life you know you're aligned with
Tried and tested meditation and energy work practices to help you creating new life experiences.
Learn about Shadow Work practice that will uplift you and help you walk through your fears with confidence and embrace all parts of you with love. This type of work is particularly good for people who experience repeat patterns of behaviour that are no longer serving them well.

My Approach

I always work intuitively and that means I'm very much attuned to the needs of each client or group I work with. Being so attuned to others helps me to focus on the areas of energy work or teaching that will benefit you the most along your journey. Working intuitively and trusting yourself is something I am a huge advocate of, and I try to instil this value within everyone that crosses my path. Trusting your intuition is the key to allowing yourself to step into your most authentic self.
